Two decades at the top of India's financial services landscape-first at KPMG, then at EY, where he built and led the restructuring practice that handled some of the country's most consequential financial situations. Beyond advisory, he served as COO of SBUT , a social cause project, overseeing tenant management, operations and government approvals, a role that added operational breadth to an already formidable financial career. Today, as Founder of NeoStrat Advisors, he focuses on special situations advisory, board engagements and learning initiatives. A rank holder Chartered Accountant who teaches Investment Banking at SP Jain Management Institute, directs the PGIP course at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Manesar and serves as visiting faculty at IIM Ahmedabad and SIMSREE, Mr. Diwanji brings to Cemindia's board a depth of financial, governance and institutional expertise.
