From planning and procurement to execution and delivery, every process i s governed by rigorous standards, robust systems and uncompromising oversight. Independently certified since 2003, our Quality Management System reflects a commitment to excellence that is embedded across every site, structure and milestone we deliver.

From Specification To Handover

Quality at Cemindia is not a department. It is a process applied at every stage of every project.

Planning & Specification

Quality begins before the first pile is driven. Method statements, material specifications and inspection and test plans are developed at project inception defining the standard against which every activity on site will be measured.

Procurement & Materials

Every material and supplier is subject to Cemindia's procurement quality controls- approved vendor lists, incoming inspection protocols and material traceability systems that ensure what arrives on site meets the specification it was ordered to.

Construction & Monitoring

Real-time quality monitoring on active project sites through site engineers, resident quality teams and third-party inspection where required. Non-conformances are identified, documented and closed before they compound. The standard set on day one is the standard maintained on the day of handover.

Testing & Handover

Structured testing regimes structural load tests, concrete cube tests, pile integrity tests, hydraulic pressure tests documented in full and handed over with the structure. Cemindia's clients receive not just a completed project but a verified record of how it was built.

The Certification Behind the Commitment

Cemindia's Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV NORD covering design, engineering, procurement, construction and management of construction projects across all sites, offices and depots in India and abroad. During FY 2025-26, a sub-certificate was issued for the Abu Dhabi branch extending the same quality standard to Cemindia's international operations.

Cemindia was the first Indian construction company to receive IMS accreditation with QMS certification in the Ports and Harbour domain.
