Delhi Metro Phase III represented the largest underground metro construction programme in India at the time. Cemindia executed multiple underground civil packages across the Janakpuri–Botanic Garden and Pink Line corridors, deploying TBM and cut-and-cover methodology in some of Delhi's most congested zones. The works included station boxes, cross passages, and utility diversions across 12+ kilometres of alignment.

The Bandra-Worli Sea Link is a 5.6 km eight-lane cable-stayed bridge across Mahim Bay, cutting travel time between Bandra and Worli from 45 minutes to under 10. Cemindia contributed to the foundation and approach viaduct works, executing complex marine pile cap construction in open tidal sea conditions with precision concrete placement using mobile barges.

Gujarat

This Gujarat campus is part of Adani Group's national hyperscale data centre network. Cemindia delivered the structural works for multiple server buildings, a high-capacity substation civil package, and on-site campus road and drainage infrastructure, executing across a large site with complex ground improvement requirements in the saline soil conditions of the Gujarat coastal zone.
